Do parents need to attend?
Yes! Parents or guardians are responsible for transporting their child to and from Trunnell's and supervising them throughout the field trip.
Do we need to purchase tickets?
Mira Montessori will cover the cost of admission for all enrolled students! Parents, guardians, and any additional family members attending are responsible for purchasing their own tickets. Tickets may be purchased online in advance or at the entrance upon arrival.
Will we be eating lunch at Trunnell's?
No. We will not have a scheduled lunch during the field trip. Please plan accordingly.
What happens after the field trip?
Once our scheduled field trip activities have concluded, families are free to leave or stay and enjoy Trunnell's on their own!
What should my child wear?
We recommend comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for outdoor play. Please dress appropriately for the weather!
Is Mira Montessori open if we cannot attend the field trip?
No, school will be closed on Wednesday, October 14th so all of our staff can attend with our students!

I understand and acknowledge that:

Participation in this event is voluntary, and my child will attend under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents/guardians are solely responsible for transporting their children to and from Trunnell's Farm Market.

Mira Montessori staff members are not responsible for supervising, monitoring, or providing childcare for children during this event.

I am responsible for remaining with my child, providing appropriate supervision, and ensuring my child follows all posted rules and safety guidelines established by Trunnell's Farm Market.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Release

I understand that participation in activities at a working farm and agritourism attraction involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, uneven terrain, playground equipment, farm animals, weather conditions, and other recreational activities.
